This Agreement is made and entered into by and between Ogawa & Company USA Inc (“Ogawa”, “we”, “our”) and the individual or entity identified in the shopping cart (referred to as “You” or “your”). Your use of this service is subject to these terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”).
This Account shall be subject to the following Terms and Conditions:
Shipment
“Shipment” means all products or parcels that travel under one waybill and which may be carried by any means Ogawa chooses, including air, road or any other carrier. Every Shipment is transported on a limited liability basis as provided. Shipment is calculated after a request or estimate is submitted. Once the request or estimate is received, the team at Ogawa calculate shipping based on locality and content.
Payments Accepted
Payment may be made via check, credit card or electronic deposit/wire transfer.
As a Domestic Customer, you have a 30 days net payment term. Payment may be tendered via credit card, check or electronic deposit.
As an International Customer you are required to make payment prior to shipment of products or parcels. Payment may be tendered via wire transfer or credit card.
